Ryota started learning to tattoo in Australia, Cairns City Tattoo.
After returning to Japan, he worked as a tattoo artist in Herring Bone Tattoo, Stroker Tattoo, and Studio Muscat.
He then opened his own tattoo studio, Kojima Irezumi Showten, in Tokyo, inviting artists from within Japan and abroad to his studio. Ryota himself has had experience tattooing actors, models, and singers from both Japan and abroad. In 2019, he got a chance to tattoo Chloë Grace Moretz.
He currently is based in Shimokita Ink, but have been actively participating as a guest artist in different studios within both japan and aboard. From 2020, he will be based in Nine Tail Fox Tattoos, Canada.
With his qualification of 2nd class architect and cooking license, he is planning to open a tattoo studio with a new concept in the future.

二級建築士資格、調理師資格を生かし今後新しいコンセプトのショップ出店を考えています。
